These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the legal framework governing your use of our platform, products, and services (collectively, "Services"). We encourage you to review these Terms thoroughly. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. Your access to or use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and agreement to comply with our Privacy Policy.
When utilizing our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you possess the necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such instances, references to "you" and "your" throughout this document apply to the organization you represent.

User Accounts and Registration
- •To access our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- •During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, valid email address, and any additional details we may request to set up your account.
- •Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials is your responsibility. WapFlow cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or loss resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
- •You are accountable for all actions, transactions, and content associated with your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.
- •Our platform may only be used for lawful purposes. You must refrain from engaging in any activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws, including intellectual property and data protection regulations.
API Access and Usage
- •WapFlow provides programmatic access to your account data through our Application Programming Interface (API). All interactions with our API, whether direct or through third-party integrations, are subject to these Terms of Service.
- •By utilizing our API, you acknowledge and agree that WapFlow disclaims all liability for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary—arising from API usage. This includes but is not limited to losses related to profits, goodwill, data, or business operations, regardless of whether such damages result from using or being unable to use our API or third-party applications accessing our API.
- •We reserve the right to monitor API usage patterns and implement rate limiting or access restrictions to prevent abuse or excessive consumption of resources. Violations of acceptable use standards may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access, as determined by WapFlow in its sole discretion.
Billing, Subscription Plans, and Refund Policy
- •Paid subscription plans require a valid payment method on file. Users on free or trial plans are not obligated to provide payment information unless upgrading to a paid tier.
- •When you subscribe to a paid plan and complete your trial period without cancellation, billing for your first subscription cycle begins immediately. Plan upgrades or changes are processed instantly with prorated charges applied to your payment method.
- •Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation, excluding the cost of the current month. Monthly Subscriptions: When you cancel a monthly subscription, we cancel the renewal of service. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue using the service until then. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
- •Our commitment to fairness means we evaluate each refund request individually, balancing customer satisfaction with protection against system abuse.
- •Following the initial refund period, subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable. No credits or refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles, plan downgrades, or unused service periods while your account remains active.
- •Pricing excludes applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory fees. You are responsible for remitting all required tax payments to relevant authorities, with the exception of taxes based on WapFlow's income.
- •Plan modifications take effect immediately, with charges adjusted proportionally based on your billing cycle and the new plan's pricing structure.
- •WapFlow cannot assume responsibility for actions taken by payment processors (including PayPal, Paystack, financial institutions, or other payment gateways), such as account restrictions, transaction blocks, or payment holds. Disputes regarding payment processing must be addressed directly with the relevant payment provider.
Account Cancellation and Service Termination
- •Account cancellation must be completed through our platform's account management interface. Requests submitted via email or telephone do not constitute formal cancellation. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team through official channels.
- •Upon cancellation, all account data, including messages, configurations, and associated information, will be permanently deleted. This process cannot be reversed, so please ensure you have exported any data you wish to retain before canceling.
- •Cancellation prior to your current billing period's conclusion takes effect immediately, and no further charges will apply.
- •WapFlow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to your account and our Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms or suspicious activity. Such actions may result in immediate account deactivation, data deletion, and forfeiture of all account contents without prior notice or liability.
Service Modifications and Pricing Changes
- •WapFlow continuously evolves to improve our platform. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features, functionality, or the entire Service at any time, with or without advance notification.
- •Subscription pricing, including monthly and annual plan fees, may be adjusted with thirty days' advance notice. Changes will be communicated through email notifications, platform announcements, or updates to our website.
- •WapFlow bears no liability to you or any third party for modifications, price adjustments, service interruptions, or discontinuation of any portion of our Services.
WhatsApp Platform Compliance
- •Your use of WapFlow must align with WhatsApp's official Terms of Service and Business Policy. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and adhere to these policies when leveraging our platform to interact with WhatsApp.
- •All communications transmitted through WapFlow must comply with applicable legal requirements and WhatsApp's guidelines concerning unsolicited messages, content restrictions, and user consent.
- •WapFlow operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
- •You acknowledge and accept that using our Service carries inherent risks, including potential restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by WhatsApp on your WhatsApp account. WapFlow cannot be held responsible for loss of access to WhatsApp, your WhatsApp account, or our Services resulting from actions taken by WhatsApp Inc., API changes, or violations of WhatsApp's terms on your part.
- •We may suspend or terminate your access to WapFlow if we determine, at our discretion, that your usage violates WhatsApp policies or applicable laws.
- •WhatsApp may periodically update its policies, technical requirements, or API specifications, which could impact our Service functionality. WapFlow is not responsible for adapting to or accommodating such changes, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- •Any updates, security patches, or policy modifications implemented by WhatsApp Inc. that affect our Service operations are beyond our control, and WapFlow cannot be held liable for resulting service disruptions or interruptions.
User Responsibilities and Message Consent
- •Before sending any message through WapFlow, you must obtain explicit, verifiable consent from the recipient. Consent may be provided through various methods, including verbal communication, written agreements, email confirmations, or opt-in mechanisms.
- •You represent and warrant that you have secured appropriate consent from recipients prior to message transmission and accept full responsibility for maintaining consent records.
- •You bear sole responsibility for ensuring the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content distributed through our platform.
- •The following message types are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or spam communications.
- Content that could damage, interfere with, or compromise recipients' devices or software systems.
- Pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Misleading or fraudulent messages, including impersonation or false claims.
- Distribution of inaccurate, confidential, or proprietary information without authorization.
- Content derived from illegal activities or that infringes upon intellectual property rights.
- Promotional materials for restricted products or services, including gambling, alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances.
- Any content that violates national or international legal frameworks.
- •You agree not to utilize our Services for any purpose that contravenes applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WapFlow disclaims all liability for damages of any nature—including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses—resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services. This includes damages related to lost revenue, business disruption, data loss, goodwill impairment, or other intangible harm, whether arising from Service use, actions by WhatsApp Inc. or payment providers, unauthorized access to your data, or any other matter connected to the Services.
Our total liability is constrained to the maximum limits allowed under applicable law.
Intellectual Property and Content Rights
- •All user-generated content must respect intellectual property laws, including copyright protections in the United States and internationally.
- •You retain ownership of content you create and upload to our platform. WapFlow does not claim ownership of your materials, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process such content as necessary to provide our Services.
- •While we do not routinely pre-screen user content, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, reject, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- •The WapFlow platform, including its design, user interface, codebase, branding, and visual elements, is protected by copyright ©2025 WapFlow Inc. All rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution, or reuse of any portion of our platform's code, design, or branding requires explicit written authorization from WapFlow.
General Terms and Conditions
- •Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You assume all risks associated with using our platform.
- •Email-based technical support is available exclusively to customers with active paid subscriptions.
- •WapFlow relies on third-party technology providers and infrastructure partners to deliver our Services, including hosting, networking, and related technical components.
- •You are prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, or attempting to compromise our platform's security or functionality. Additionally, you must not create false associations between external websites or services and WapFlow.
- •Without prior written consent from WapFlow, you may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Services, platform, or user data for commercial purposes.
- •We retain the right, though not the obligation, to remove user content or terminate accounts that contain material we determine, in our sole judgment, to be illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes upon intellectual property rights or these Terms.
- •Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed toward WapFlow staff, customers, or partners will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
