Our Refund Commitment
At WapFlow, we're confident in the value our platform delivers. That's why we offer a generous trial period before making subscription purchases. We've designed our refund process to be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible—because we believe in earning your trust, not just your business.
If you're not completely satisfied with WapFlow and have a yearly subscription, you can cancel and request a refund within 7 days after cancellation. We'll process your refund—no lengthy forms, no interrogation, no complications. Just a simple request and we'll take care of the rest. For monthly subscriptions, cancelling will stop future renewals while allowing you to use the service until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility
- •Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation, excluding the cost of the current month.
- •Monthly Subscriptions: When you cancel a monthly subscription, we cancel the renewal of service. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue using the service until then.
- •Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds—only yearly subscriptions qualify for refunds within the 7-day window after cancellation.
Policy Exceptions
Important: The following exceptions apply only to yearly subscription refunds. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds—cancelling a monthly subscription only stops future renewals while allowing usage until the end of the current billing period.
- •Terms of Service Violations: Yearly subscription refund requests may be denied if your account has violated our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to: sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam, distributing prohibited content (explicit material, false or misleading information, confidential data breaches, illegally obtained information, or advertisements for restricted products such as gambling, alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances), or engaging in activities that infringe upon legal regulations or third-party rights.
- •Account Suspension: Accounts that have been suspended or restricted due to breaches of our security policies, service rules, or community guidelines are not eligible for yearly subscription refunds.
- •Refund Window Expiration: Yearly subscription refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will generally not be honored, except in cases where verifiable technical issues prevented service usage and our technical support team was unable to resolve the problems.
- •Custom Agreements: Enterprise-level subscriptions, volume purchases, or special promotional offers that include customized terms and conditions may be governed by separate refund policies outlined in those specific agreements.
We approach each yearly subscription refund request with fairness and transparency. Our team carefully reviews every case to balance customer satisfaction with the need to protect our platform and user community from misuse or abuse.
How to Request a Refund
For Yearly Subscriptions: If you have a yearly subscription and wish to request a refund within 7 days after cancellation, follow these steps:
Send an email to info@wapflow.app with the subject line "Refund Request" or similar clear indication of your intent.
Include your account email address and the transaction ID or payment reference number from your purchase confirmation email. This helps us quickly locate your account and process your request efficiently.
Our billing team will review and process your refund request within 3-5 business days. We'll send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
That's it! We believe in trusting our customers and value your satisfaction, so there's no need for lengthy explanations or justifications—just let us know and we'll take care of the rest.
For Monthly Subscriptions: To cancel your monthly subscription, simply cancel through your account dashboard. Your subscription will stop renewing, but you'll continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No refund request is needed—the cancellation automatically stops future charges.
Refund Processing Timeline
For Yearly Subscriptions: The following timeline applies to yearly subscription refunds:
- •Once your yearly subscription refund request is approved, processing typically takes 3-5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- •The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used when making the purchase. If that payment method is no longer available, please notify us in your refund request and we'll work with you to arrange an alternative method.
- •You'll receive an email confirmation from our team once your refund has been successfully processed and submitted to the payment processor.
- •Your account access and features will remain active until the end of your current billing period (excluding the current month's cost from the refund), allowing you to continue using the service you've paid for while the refund is being processed.
- •Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account statement.
For Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions do not receive refunds. When you cancel, you simply stop future renewals. Your subscription remains active with full access until the end of your current billing period, at which point it will automatically expire.
Special Circumstances
For Yearly Subscriptions:

Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using our service, our support team will first work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot successfully resolve persistent technical problems that prevent service usage, we may consider extending the 7-day refund window for yearly subscriptions on a case-by-case basis.

Bulk and Enterprise Purchases: Large-scale yearly subscriptions or enterprise agreements may have customized refund terms that differ from our standard policy. These terms will be clearly outlined in your specific contract or purchase agreement.

Extended Refund Consideration: While our standard policy covers the first 7 days after cancellation, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Yearly subscription refund requests submitted after the 7-day window may be evaluated individually, particularly in cases involving documented technical difficulties or service interruptions that were beyond your control.

Subscription Downgrades: If you downgrade your yearly subscription plan during an active period, the difference will be prorated and credited to your account for future billing cycles. Refunds for downgrades are not provided; instead, credits are applied to your account.
For Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided. If you experience technical issues with a monthly subscription, our support team will work with you to resolve them, but refunds are not available.
